Jai was thorough, with a plethora of knowledge. Max was also great to work with. Herbert unfortunately was of no help to us. On one of the two phone call messages he left, he said he would follow up that call with an email, which was not done. Mazda, when calling as we were approaching our end of lease with our CX-50, NEVER left a voicemail. This seemed odd since they obviously wanted to provide info or ask a question, etc. Wynette was also very friendly and willing to help as soon as we walked in. More
