Just had our GLC 300 serviced. As always service was top notch. While there also had our car valued by sales to discuss a trade in. That experience was not what I would call up to past Mercedes experience. notch. While there also had our car valued by sales to discuss a trade in. That experience was not what I would call up to past Mercedes experience. This is not to fault the salesman I dealt with. Maybe it’s a function of the current supply chain issue. But I will say I have already started working with the Shreveport dealership any at least feel like they are concerned about me as a customer and want my business More
