Very poor advertising I came out because of the excellent Facebook ad I saw for Black Friday. Did not get anything close to what was stated in ad. I did get a van which I h I came out because of the excellent Facebook ad I saw for Black Friday. Did not get anything close to what was stated in ad. I did get a van which I have been wanting for a while due to family size. However I did not get anywhere near 15,000 towards a new car, I did not get 0% interest, and I didn't get 0 payment until Feb. I got the 5000 over kbb for my trade and that was all I got that was in the ad. I also didn't get 10000 bonus cash I'm getting a 500 gift card which I didn't get when I signed I have to wait until the loan is finalized with the bank which I feel is xxxxxxxxx since I left the lot with the new car. So may not even have that for Christmas. You sales associate Gary was wonderful and we were able to come to an agreement on a loan and he did work very hard with me and the sales manager to get to a place I felt comfortable with payment wise. I spent about 4 hours there and he was nothing but helpful. Also a telluride is pictured on the ad on Facebook but my sales associate told me the telluride's were not part of the sale that is false advertising. I am very happy with the warranty they tell me my van has just hoping if anything happens they really stand behind the factory warranty because it does seem a little too good to be true. You should consider being more truthful in your ads. I saw many people walk away yesterday because they came out for the telluride and couldn't get the sale on it. More
