Not very timely I had a 11:15 appointment they didn’t my car in for over an hour then didn’t get to leave till 1:30. Yes I know they have loaner vehicles but when I h I had a 11:15 appointment they didn’t my car in for over an hour then didn’t get to leave till 1:30. Yes I know they have loaner vehicles but when I have an appointment I don’t see how it takes over 2 hours for a oil change. Then I was told they washed it. They sprayed it off with water. Also went in to look at a newer van. So I could upgrade. When I first came to rusty Wallace they would let me leave without making a sale.
