Best Salesman Ever Our son bought a Jeep from Jim Dinwiddie last year and spoke so highly of him that we decided to buy a Jeep from him this year. He is courteous, hard- Our son bought a Jeep from Jim Dinwiddie last year and spoke so highly of him that we decided to buy a Jeep from him this year. He is courteous, hard-working and found the car for us even though it was 100 miles away. He put this all together in a matter of days, made us a very fair deal and then waited while we went through the paperwork and then sat in the car with us explaining all the features. In our 50 years of buying cars we have never had such a pleasant experience. The whole staff was very courteous and we will definitely go back to this dealership and will deal with Jim. More

Got exactly what I wanted at a great price! This was my first time purchasing a car and I was definitely nervous. I went to Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking at a car I had found online This was my first time purchasing a car and I was definitely nervous. I went to Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking at a car I had found online and had an appointment with one of the sales and leasing consultants, Marty. He had contacted me the day before to make an appointment and was very helpful and personable. He gave me directions to the dealer and said he would bring the car up for me to look at. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Marty let my parents and I test drive the car and we were able to get a great feel for how it ran. We got answers to majority of our questions. We had some that were specific to the car and Marty did an excellent job in getting us answers (this car was not an actual make sold at this dealer as it was a prior owned vehicle). When we were at the business aspect of the deal Marty was helpful in bringing the price down to a great one! The financial staff were very thorough and pleasant. I didn't once feel that they were pushy or just trying to sell me something. My parents and I were treated with respect and I felt that they really did care about our customer satisfaction. They cleaned (did an awesome job) and gassed up the car for me before I drove it off the lot and the rest is history! Overall it was a great experience as a first time car buyer. More
