By the time all the paperwork was done and the car was cleaned up the dealership was already closed but Gary hung around until it was ready. Not only did he hang around but he took the time to hop back in the vehicle and setup my wife's iPhone and go through all the preliminary settings regarding the locking and unlocking features for the keyless entry. He truely went above and beyond the call of duty. I have not had an experience like that with the purchase of new vehicle. If you go to Heritage be sure to ask for Gary! Thanks again! More

I first heard back from Hal, who was covering for Gary out of the office. The next day, I heard from Gary, followed by the Sales Manager, and finally the General Manager. Everyone was very friendly and very happy to offer to help out with the process. I made an appointment, showed up on time, and had no hiccups going through the buying process. They offered a fair value for my trade. They worked closely with me to understand exactly how we plan to use the car now and in the years to come to make sure we are well-protected both mechanically and cosmetically. All in all, Heritage and the 2018 Accord have made me happy to be back in a Honda after 30 years. More
