Great first car buying experience My time at Heritage was smooth and easy. I'm a first time car buyer and was a little nervous, but Gary was so nice and knowledgeable and helped me so My time at Heritage was smooth and easy. I'm a first time car buyer and was a little nervous, but Gary was so nice and knowledgeable and helped me so much! He wasn't gimmicky and didn't try any weird salesperson tricks which I really appreciated. Even when I dropped the ball on my proof of insurance he picked it up quickly and got everything I needed. He showed me all the features of my new car and stayed with me through the entire process. I don't live in Maryland but I would definitely go back to Heritage for an experience like this. More

Gary is a great car salesman Gary is the man. I went to Heritage Honda of Parkville looking for a CR-V a few months ago and Gary helped me through about a month and a half-long p Gary is the man. I went to Heritage Honda of Parkville looking for a CR-V a few months ago and Gary helped me through about a month and a half-long process of narrowing down the right one, which consisted of bringing in cars from other Heritage locations, printing out lists of cars that matched my price and spec preferences, and updating me on pending new arrivals. Eventually, I was able to trade in my 2000 Accord with over 230,000 miles and drive off happy. Gary even called out of the blue a few weeks ago just to check up and make sure I was still happy with my CR-V. More
