Went in for a promotional Gift Card for a test drive in the first week of January but have yet to receive it. Emailed the salesperson a few times without response. I went to Carmen and Brandywine jeep dealership in Delaware and there customer service is horrible. The employees at David Jeep are very polite and welcoming. My salesman Gary was awesome.
