I walked in on a Monday, Gary greeted us and explained the Chevy Traverse, inside and out. We talked colors, options and numbers. I was back on Saturday to sign the papers (Dad came with me again). In the past I've had experiences where I've waited an hour, two hours for the finance department to get everything ready, so I asked Gary if they were all ready to go before I even left my house. He said the car was ready to go. We walked into East Hills and within 30 minutes I was driving away in my new car. What a PLEASURE it was working with Gary.
