4th car from Martin Nissan I've dealt with Martin Nissan for about 10 yrs now from buying a new Pathfinder and Juke to purchasing a used Altima and my recent purchase a used Ma I've dealt with Martin Nissan for about 10 yrs now from buying a new Pathfinder and Juke to purchasing a used Altima and my recent purchase a used Maxima. My experiences have always been GREAT. Dario Cardella is a no pressure, knowledgeable sales consultant who listens to what you want, what fits into your budget and helps with what your options would be. I brought my son to Martin Nissan and Dario helped him with a purchase. In getting routine maintenance with my cars I have found that Gary Dewig is a pleasure to deal with. His integrity and ability to make you feel at home are priceless. The only complaint is from my wife who was not with me during my recent purchase. We had an issue with SMART PAY and my wife and I called to talk to Samantha Ingles. My wife felt that Samantha was not helpful with our situation and placed the blame of the error on us, and was upset with her unwillingness to help. In the end I am hooked on Martin Nissan !! More

Consistently Superb Customer Service. This is now my 10th year as a satisfied Martin Nissan customer and I just purchased my 3rd car last Saturday from the same gentleman, Jim Pigone who This is now my 10th year as a satisfied Martin Nissan customer and I just purchased my 3rd car last Saturday from the same gentleman, Jim Pigone who sold me my Xterra in 2004. I have been in this dealership for all the service and maintenance work on both the Xterra and my 2013 Rogue. Last Saturday my wife and I came in to look and finally walked out very satisfied with a 2015 Rogue(SL/AWD). Mr. Pigone, as pleasant and professional as he was when I first met him in 2004 made the process so easy and efficient (test drive, sales/financial paperwork and car prep), that my wife and I drove out of the lot with our 2015 Nissan Rogue in 3 hours. Jim listened very carefully to what we wanted in a car and for how much we were willing to spend. There was none of the back-and-forth negotiating involved. Victor Aguilar had all the financial papers ready for us to sign and was so patient to go over the terms/conditions of the contract with my wife and myself. David Shearer did a very thorough job of giving us the test drive, explaining and walking us through the new and awesome features of the car. Overall, it was an excellent ***** experience. Service and maintenance work in this dealership is superb(my service consultant is Gary Dewig) and with "FREE Lifetime Oil Changes" to top it off.
