Service Department swindle. My pre-paid (“free”) extended maintenance service cost me $127. Quite a scam. Got it partially reduced & they blamed it on a computer glitch after a 20 minute runaround. Not to mention they did not address a warning light I mentioned as a safety concern. Went there for a 4 pm appt and they pushed me out the door at 5. Went back 10 minutes later and doors locked & no one home. Felt like a classic bait & switch to me. More

Yesterday I was assisted by Joel Dilillo and Gary Doucette. It was a pleasure doing business with them. At no point in the process of purchasing my new Camry did I feel pressured or rushed. I felt a Doucette. It was a pleasure doing business with them. At no point in the process of purchasing my new Camry did I feel pressured or rushed. I felt as though if I took 6 hours or all day to decide on a vehicle/ deal that they would gladly be assisting me the whole time. The service was simply excellent! I honestly do not think I could have asked for any better service than the service I received. They seemed to be very concerned about my needs and wants when it came to purchasing the vehicle and really cared about my satisfaction. They made sure I understood everything and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the vehicle I chose and the decision I was making. I feel like if I need anything or have any questions they would be right there to assist me however they can. Before I left Gary showed me the workings of the vehicle and made sure that I was comfortable before I left the lot. The service overall was outstanding and I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Gary Doucette was our sales man who allowed us to test drive 2 vehicles. He was extremely knowledgable about both cars. He was helpful,patient,polite and treated us with great respect. On taking delivery of my vehicle Gary was extremely helpful making sure that everything was done properly and that we understood everything we should know and if we needed anything he would be there for us. Joel Dilillo was our finance man who was so wonderful in handeling the whole process of financing and getting us the lowest possible finance rate that he could. It was so relaxing and helped us understand every step and also we were so happy with the final monthly payment. Joel was so personable and friendly but very thorough. I went into Rt.44 Toyota looking for a good priced car that was a standard...which isnt easy to find.
