I brought my vehicle in on Thursday, July 3, 2025, and
picked it up later that same day. I was told the issue had been resolved. However, by Friday, the same problem I initially reported was still occurri

After not resolving the issue during the initial diagnostic, I’m now being quoted an additional charge of over $350 for further diagnostic time—on a problem that should have been properly addressed during the first visit. At this point, I’m out $514, and my vehicle still has the exact same issue I originally reported when I scheduled the appointment and checked it in.

Brain said they diagnosed the problem as a transmission sensor and gave us the price of $2800.00 dollars I approved repair. Days later they said it needed a new transmission at the cost of $7700.00 and I asked if the $2800,00 would be credit to the cost of a new one and they said no. I argued they miss diagnosed the problem and why should I trust their word now, Decide to go and tow our vehicle back to Ga and had a Chevrolet dealership in Greensboro replace the transmission with the same GM trans with warranty at $6400.00. I do not recommend using them for service.
