At that point I had already paid for reserving this car at another dealer but it was supposed to arrive in January. I had such a great time with the salesperson at Herb Chambers that I decide to take my business to them. They simply just offered me exactly what I wanted (I had a trade in also-Thanks Doug Courchesne and Kenny Leung!) It was one of the best decisions I have ever done. In the Service Department I worked with Gary Francois, Shawn and Michael - they all exceeded my expectations...and I usually expect a lot. A special Thank You to Gary for all the help, courtesy and professionalism. Well done for an extremely well organised service! More

Gary was very helpful with an issue that I was having with my 2014 PriusC. He was very honest, kept in touch throughout the repair process and most of all, was very personable and professional.
