I can't complain because when something happens to my car I just call li and the tell me to come and the take care of it. They are nice specially that's man " Gary " he's wonderful, and full respect Daniel also is friendly nice but for me sorry don't be jealous but I like Gary better than him. I can give both good credit.

Communication was prompt to remind me that the service was coming up. It was easy to book and date and time that was convenient. Service was quick. Steve was attentive and friendly.

Took my car for its first service, for the first time at Toyota of Boston. I was greeted with a smile, shown around, and by the time a finished my coffee and a couple of phone calls, the car was ready.
