Gary was great, quick & easy purchase I came to Northcoast Automall for an Audi A4 they had listed. I sent them an email before going to the lot to make sure the car was still available. Gary reached out to me right away and we set an appointment for me to come see the car. He was very helpful and the process was quick and easy. I have never been through the car buying process so quickly it was nice to get my car and all of the paper work signed in a couple of hours instead of being at the dealership all day. More

North Coast Redefined My Used Car Experience I have always dreaded buying a used car. North Coast Auto Mall changed my mind about the whole process. My positives: the vehicle I was interested I have always dreaded buying a used car. North Coast Auto Mall changed my mind about the whole process. My positives: the vehicle I was interested was actually In stock when I showed up, Gary my sales associate helped me look at other comparables without pushing a higher vehicle, my trade in was in line with KBB value, Nick went over the extended plans with me without being pushy and trying to upsale when it wasn’t in my budget, vehicle was prepped and detailed nicely. My negatives: waiting for paperwork process to finish the deal. I understand this is a first come first serve and it takes time to get everything prepped so not much you can do about that. One positive is that the finance guy who steered me thru the contract and paperwork was great and explained every document without over explaining. Very pleased with my experience and will return to North Coast in the future. More
