Best service department around. I live within 10 miles of two other BMW dealerships and choose to drive 40 miles to have BMW Salem care for my two X5s. When you take your car to BMW of Salem, you're greeted properly in a facility that is pristine. Estimates are always thorough and complete with cost so you know how much you're going to spend. I live two and a half hours away from Salem, but Salem is the closest location where I can get an oil change and vehicle inspection on a Lithia contract.
