Fernando Gonzalez: a man of honesty and integrity! We loved working with Fernando to buy our certified preowned Highlander. He was easygoing, friendly, not at all pushy or too hard on the sell but fort We loved working with Fernando to buy our certified preowned Highlander. He was easygoing, friendly, not at all pushy or too hard on the sell but forthcoming with information. He listened carefully to what we wanted and showed us as many choices as we needed to see. When we started talking numbers, he was responsive, open, really trying to meet us where we wanted to be, and pretty much kept the mood light too, even as we went later and later into the evening. When we couldn't make a decision, he was available the next day immediately. He hustled through the President's Day rush to get our car to us. In finance, Gary was friendly but big on interrupting and pushing his spiel, pretty much your classic car sales guy, and while he got the job done fine, we wished Fernando ran the whole place. Sharif was the used car manager and he was super efficient at solving to our satisfaction when we had an unforeseen issue with the car's condition; watching him as we waited, he seemed to be juggling a hundred xxxxx and keeping them all in the air. Overall, we were happy with Millennium and will recommend it to friends. More

Disappointed ,hidden fees,not recommended, urging sales pers Hi, I'm totally disappointed with your dealership . When I walking first time Leslie (sales person) been acting like very nice and friendly, once I agreed to buy the car Toyota Sienna 2013 Certified, he shows what he is, there are few thing that made me frustrated:- 1. When we take about pricing : clearly said and I have copy, include title and plate , it was not , at the time of purchase charge me another 233 dollars. When I asked about they're yelling me and one guy said if you don't want to pay then cancel the sale. I did paid. 2. It's also advertised where I found the car ( true are.com) has floor matts included , there is nothing when delivered . There was a dirty service paper Matt was inside. 3. Because of the 1st situation Leslie was not ready and Not even show how truck functions, how to put the middle row seat, how use gps, phone connection, or any other options in the car to handle. Now I have to read the whole divers manual, because this is first time I'm using Toyota made vehicles. 4. No gass filled in the car. 5. Just like buy a car from the street . They have more responsibility than this certified national dealership. 6. I'm Sharing this experience to my friends and colleagues. 7. Giving you guy star rating of 1/5 8. Do not recommend any friends millennium Toyota dealership. Thank you for everything else you did. More

Very Happy Customer and Excellent Experience with Mike T. Previously owned a Honda and was a bit skeptical to change to Toyota. I decided to call and got Mike T. on the phone. He was thorough explained everything about the type of car I would like, give me lots of options, etc. Kept his word when responding to my questions, and would follow up with me regardless. We then set up an appointment to meet. He took me on a test drive in the type of truck I wanted, explained every detail of the truck. WOW! He is an exceptional person, a wonderful human being, a great asset to Millennium Toyota, very helpful and extremely professional. Mike is definitely one of a kind, very easy to talk to. My new best friend at Millennium Toyota. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. Also dealt with Finance Manager, Gary - very professional and got me the loan I wanted. More
