But they worked in hard get it fixed, charges us long labor to pay their overtime that’s not our fault. Some changes in the story line.Overcharged part 3X for remanufactored part that’s not new. Wouldn’t go back again.

"Service Appointments"
- nomoreLMHI purchased a RAM 1500 at this location back in 2015 and from day 1 had service issues. Once I purchased the EcoDiesel, from another dealership I thought I could get away from Larry H Miller service department but unfortunately only the dealership can deal with the EcoDiesel's so I am back dealing with the terrible service again. First is the issue with the EcoDiesel's themselves. Diesel vehicles are not suppose to require oil changes as frequently has gas vehicles but that does not seem to be the case with the RAM Ecodiesel. I have to pay over $200 for an oil change every few months which is ridiculous. The power and emissions is also a serious issue but that is for another time. Now for the service at LMH. I had a 7am appointment for another $200 oil change. It is now 9:45am and I am being told it will be another 2 hours. This is a regular thing at this service department and is unacceptable. People need to rearrange work appointments to do this and you just assume that is normal. If I gave my clients service like this I would not have any clients so it makes me wonder how you have stayed in business. The communication is horrible, lies continue and most of the people in the department seem to be flat out inept at their job.

"Stealership service department"
- jalex242I was charged $150 to get my Wrangler looked at and nothing was found. A few weeks later, I'm left stranded on the side of the road. I called these guys again to get it looked at.. another $150 plus a tow fee. They call back to tell me they need to run another diagnostic test, but it's gonna cost $200 extra. No thanks. Folks, that would have been $500+ in a month to just "look" at it; it's not even part of the repair bill!! These guys are a bunch of crooks and I would avoid them at all costs. I will never do business or have service done by any Larry "Hack" Miler dealership ever again. EVER. I hope you'll join me.
