Every aspect of our experience was refreshing. We went in letting them know where we stood, what our expectations were, and they listened! Every person in the process chipped in to help. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but everyone played a key role in making this our smoothest and fastest transaction we have experienced dealing with dealerships. No high pressure sales tactics. When we said “not for us”, they accepted no for the answer. Called and spoke with Jay, our sales associate early afternoon. Told him if we could make it we would call. Called him a little over an hour before they closed that we would make it, he had the 2 vehicles we were interested in pulled up front. Made our decision and the process went quick after that. We asked for a couple of things, they agreed and made it happen. Asked about our loyalty discount even though we had not done business there in the past, made it happen. My apologies for forgetting the name of the gentleman that addressed a financing company we wanted to use and getting it done, but thank you! Eric was the finance guy, or maybe the finance guy is who I am forgetting, but thank you for your willingness to keep the process moving quickly when computers were trying to slow it down. The other sales associates that pitched in, even if just making conversation to help time pass, Thank you! Wonderful experience and tremendous team! We will be back!
