Replying only because Indy Honda replied to this publicly, to give the impression that they cared. The lack of proactive response and discussion on this has been eye-opening. Indy Honda has lost a 30-year customer simply by lack of response and resolution. I have called Indy Honda many times over the previous 6-10 weeks and have been told multiple times that a manager would return the call. Not once has that been the case. For anyone considering Indy Honda, I would strongly advise against it.

I would be happy to discuss it with you. I also came into your dealership on December 28 and spoke with a manager about those add-ons that are shown as “optional” but sold as “must-have”. They offered to refund the LoJack cost, filled out paperwork, and said a check would be in the mail. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I have yet to see anything. I called your dealership two or three days ago and spoke with someone that I think was in finance and he had no record of anything. He said he would check with a manager and call back the next day, which was yesterday, but I have yet to hear back.
