I’ve probably dealt with about 20 Mercedes dealers in my 72 years of life as I currently own eight Mercedes-Benz vehicles across different cities,, and owned many more in my lifetime. Absolutely the most personal service I have found in the Seattle area has been at MB of Lynnwood. My service advisor, Josh, is impressive with his knowledge and ability to quickly understand my issues. As an engineer and pilot I sometimes need to talk directly with the mechanic to fully understand things. That is no problem for this service department. These people seem to really care, and know their stuff. Josh has decades of experience with MB vehicles and openly shares his wisdom. More

Unreasonable costing for basic service. $400 for A service (basic oil change) $1100 for B Service (oil change/Brake flush) double the cost of Seattle MB or Bellingham MB When asked about pr $400 for A service (basic oil change) $1100 for B Service (oil change/Brake flush) double the cost of Seattle MB or Bellingham MB When asked about price structure, told they price "Just a bit lower than Bellevue MB" WOW. Reached out to Service manager and GM and neither bothered to even respond. Understand that you pay a premium for MB, but double what other MB dealers charge is a bit ridiculous. Save your $ and go elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars I would. It's a shame as having purchased 2 new MB and having them serviced here in the past, would think they would try to retain customers. Must be nice to have so many you can let them go away without as much a comment. More
