Beware if you are an elderly woman bringing your vehicle in for service.my 81 year old mother brought her Nissan Altima in for an oil change and $950 later she had a pile of useless and unnecessary repairs in for service.my 81 year old mother brought her Nissan Altima in for an oil change and $950 later she had a pile of useless and unnecessary repairs like having the tires rebalanced . I went into this pine belt Nissan to look at used cars. I test drove an older car and then MAT told me about a 2019 that was just coming up from another dealer. He told me that he would give me the best deal at 19,999. I didn’t like the color but he was like, your never going to get a deal like this!!! He went to the finance department and told me what my payments would be. I ALSO PUT DOWN 8,000 in CASH!! When I got home I’m looking at the paper work and the loan was for the same amount that the car was!!!! I called, went in there 4 times and they said all my money went to warranty s!!! WHAT!!! Then may finally told me that he didn’t give me the deal he said I was getting the car for!!! WHERE IS MY 8,000!!’ Taking them to court and so many other people are going through the same thing!! See you in court!!! More

They sold me a lemon!!! This is by far the WORST place I have ever dealt with in my life! They sold me a Used jeep in October that I have had to bring back about 5 or 6 times This is by far the WORST place I have ever dealt with in my life! They sold me a Used jeep in October that I have had to bring back about 5 or 6 times to be fixed! I was dealing with driving back and forth to work and the hospital for my ill father and being pregnant not knowing if I was going to make it from point a to b! I bought the vehicle being promised it was a great truck and reliable! It is everything but that! They don’t care about there customers they just care about the commission! I tried speaking with a manager and he just sent me to a salesman to try and get me to buy another vehicle from them! All they have done was minimal repairs to keep taking my money! It is absolutely ridiculous and I will take media or legal action against this to make sure me and my NEWBORN child are safe and sound in a new car! More
