Gary showed great & friendly customer service, and as we built and ordered my new vehicle, he did an excellent job informing me of my options without ever making me feel pressured into getting features I di built and ordered my new vehicle, he did an excellent job informing me of my options without ever making me feel pressured into getting features I didn't want. Then, when it arrived, he did a great job walking me through all the features on the new vehicle. In fact, the only issue was a delay in the shipping of the new vehicle, but this was beyond the dealership's control; they did a fantastic job with what they could control . Perhaps the only thing that might have improved the experience (in light of this delay) would have been a periodic check-in from the dealer, once the estimated delivery date had passed, just to let me know things were still in progress. Still, as someone who was not looking forward to the car-buying experience, I was very happy with Kolosso, and will certainly be keeping them in mind for my next vehicle. More

All I have to say is WOW, Amazing experience in our new auto buying journey. On the spot on getting back to us. Amazing communication. Took a day off to start looking at Toyota dealers websites and them h auto buying journey. On the spot on getting back to us. Amazing communication. Took a day off to start looking at Toyota dealers websites and them having the vehicle we were looking for. Planned on going onsite to get a vehicle ordered at the dealership. Started local, as Kolosso is about 10 minutes away from our house. Went onto Kolosso's website and sent a message to the dealership on the vehicle make/model/specs were were wanting to get. With in minutes, Gary sends a video message back to me via email with him addressing my questions and when we were looking to get a vehicle. I picked up the phone and gave him a call. 90 minutes later, we had a vehicle ordered. Not to mention him talking the time to know what was on order today and coming in stock in the future. We were able to purchase a vehicle someone else had already ordered and then later cancelled. A month later, we had the vehicle we have been wanting for years. Gary took the time go through everything and even helped us get the accessories we wanted for the vehicle that didn't come with it. Thanks Gary!! More

The Tacoma wasn't meeting the needs of my wife and I. Gary and Marc made us comfortable with the transaction and made themselves available for any questions we had and answered them to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with both Gary and Marc, and we will definitely be in contact with Kolosso Toyota, (even though it is a further commute for my wife and I), in the future for service or purchase of new vehicle. We bought a used car from them. They were in such a rush to get the car to us that they left all of the previous owners information in the car including their home address, phone nu They were in such a rush to get the car to us that they left all of the previous owners information in the car including their home address, phone numbers and subscriptions. Plus they left us with less than half a tank of gas driving off the lot. When we test drove the car, the tire pressure sensor kept going off and they promised it would be fixed. Drove off the lot and less than 10 minutes later tire pressure monitor went off again. Called them and they said to bring it in so they could look at it. We calibrated it and it was fixed for like 2 weeks. Then it kept going off. Brought it in and they did the same thing, just calibrated it. That’s obviously not the issue and they refuse to fix it. When we told the sales manager Dick about having access to the previous car owners information and we would be letting them know (because we literally had their home address and phone numbers), he just nodded and said ok. They were very helpful and great to us when we were purchasing the car. Afterwards, not so much. More

Gary Matuszak did a great job helping me with the purchase of my new car. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date where my new car was . When we came in to pick up the car, Gary went over purchase of my new car. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date where my new car was . When we came in to pick up the car, Gary went over the features of the new car and answered all of our questions. He was very pleasant to work with. Jason Wold went over the financial paperwork with us. He was also very nice and organized and also answered our questions. The whole process of buying a car at Kolosso Toyota was professional and seamless, overall a great experience and I will be buying my next vehicle from them. More
