We had stopped by this dealership multiple times over the last year just looking. We knew we wanted a SORENTO, and I have done daily searches online. We really were not planning to buy that day, and especi last year just looking. We knew we wanted a SORENTO, and I have done daily searches online. We really were not planning to buy that day, and especially as late as it was in the day. I didn't even think it was possible to take it home that day if the did buy. We had a new salesman, Keaton, and if he didn't know the answers to our questions he quickly found out. The entire staff was helpful to him and us. We have had calls, emails and even follow-up help on setting up the phone to the car. I can't say enough about Quincy Shottenkirk! The salesman I was familiar with was on vacation and we had an immediate need to go to an out of state funeral. The whole team pitched in make it happen for us to be able to not have to have additional stress in a trying time. More
