Excellent service I came to Hawthorne Chevrolet with my car in bad shape and within one day Gary had me in with an old car and out with a brand new 2017 chevi cruze. Hi I came to Hawthorne Chevrolet with my car in bad shape and within one day Gary had me in with an old car and out with a brand new 2017 chevi cruze. His service was excellent and he talked me through every step. I would highly recommend him to anyone! More

Awful time shopping for a new car I visited the dealership to purchase a new Suburban. The salesperson seemed like we were bothering him from the moment we started. 3 hrs waiting for nothing We had a scheduled appt at Hawthorne Chevrolet got 4:00 but we came early. The person my husband spoke to the night before he told him my credit score We had a scheduled appt at Hawthorne Chevrolet got 4:00 but we came early. The person my husband spoke to the night before he told him my credit score was a little low the person - Greg - told him NO PROBLEM... So we went there waited and waited no one asked us if we needed help I went to the main desk and told them it still took quite a while till Gary came to my husband and told us he was with other customers and it would be a little wait. Well an hr later he comes to us again I explain what I want - Chey Cruze in blue. He still makes us wait again till we ask that my info be taken before working the #s for the car - again we wait. Total time at dealership was 3 hours!!!!! They said the would call me back Monday to see if they could work with another bank. It's now 2:30 pm Monday and NO PHONE CALL!!! We wasted more than 3 hrs - when they could have had another salesman take my info and send us on our way saying they would call me Monday!!!! More
