We purchased a used 2022 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch with 50,000 miles in late February, and had an easy and great experience buying the vehicle. One of the absolute best buying experiences we’ve ever had. Darko was awesome. After having it for a few weeks, it started having trouble with draining its own battery and making clicking sound. We called to get it in to check it over which led to a long process of trying to figure out its issue. We were provided a loaner until they could figure it out and fix it. It took a few weeks to get it back after diagnosing the problem, waiting for parts and different corporate hoops to get parts from outside the country but it is back and we are back to enjoying it. I would strongly urge anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle to reach out to Paul Heuring! While working through our Bronco’s issue, we experienced incredible communication from Sean in the service department, as well as Mrs. Heuring. We were never left wondering what was going on, because one or both of them reached out weekly with updates. We felt that we were appreciated as customers and they did everything they could to make sure that things were taken care of perfectly so we would not experience any future issues. More

Dishonest from very beginning, pretend to scan your trade in vehicle, and give you wrong information about how many owners your car has had. We were informed about service that was done to the vehicle we pu in vehicle, and give you wrong information about how many owners your car has had. We were informed about service that was done to the vehicle we purchased, that was incorrect, we were told the service dept went through everything yet after we got it home, battery was dead next morning, ignition coils are shot, (arcing through the boot) transmission never been serviced, etc. More
