Recently, we replaced our old Murano with a new 2018 Murano and were dazzled by the customer service, which was over-the-top! Gary Palmer, our sales consultant, demonstrated agile customer-led interaction with expertise and proficiency. Like a finely honed sword, he quickly trimmed off the BS and sliced through the red tape. We were in and out in 2 hours! Driving home in our new Nissan, we couldn’t get the smiles off of our faces!! It was a storming Saturday and my wife and I both bought new/used cars with our 14 month old and the whole experience was flawless. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. Zero pressure from salesman. Their biggest concern was that we were comfortable in making the right decision. We bought a Toyota and Ford, which they brought in from other locations for us to test drive. It was nice to not have them pressure us into “Nissan Only” vehicles.
