No one wants a dirty vehicle, especially after service has been done on it! Greasy hand prints and dirty fingerprints is what I received along with my vehicle being repaired!? What happened to a quick rinse on the wash rack and wiping off my dash and steering wheel? Isn’t that what you have porters for? Sad, just sad.😑 More

I was genuinely interested in a certified preowned 14 Charger RT AWD and was prepared even with the VIN number of the car. The sales rep. refused to let me test drive the car when I told him that I am planning to get the car in a week or two. He said that if I wanted to buy one today or tomorrow, only then he will let me test drive. I sincerely believe that this attitude is unacceptable. I have been to many dealerships over the past few years and have never witnessed this sort of treatment. More

Awesome Customer Service I was in the process of searching for a new truck for myself and had been through many dealers trying to get the right one. All of the dealers previou I was in the process of searching for a new truck for myself and had been through many dealers trying to get the right one. All of the dealers previously almost refused to find the truck that I was looking for and made the process way longer and pain staking than it should have been. I went to Sterling Heights Dodge and met with Gary Riashi and he was the one who had solved my problems. Gary found me a truck quick and was willing to add the options that I had wanted to the truck. I highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and whomever stumbles upon this review. More

My husband and I recently moved to the Detroit area. We went to several dealerships in the area and were very turned off by the vulcher mannerism and the long wait just to find out some pricing!!! A Sunday ad for Sterling Heights Dodge caught our eye and we thought we would give it one more trip to a dealer. When we got there and looked around at the cars, no one hovered over us. When we went inside to inquire on a vehicle we were immediately greeted with smiles! We wound up talking to Gary and bought a Dodge Dart! Gary was extremely knowledgable and helpful! He did not try and sell us a car that we did not want! The best part was we did not have to fill out hardly any paperwork till we picked up our car! The credit part was a breeze, pleasant and very refreshing experience compared to previously! We will be buying all our future vehicles from here and highly recommend everyone to do the same! You will not regret it! More
