Bad communication. Overall we were very happy with the service. The person serving us was very friendly and got the job done in the time they said. Loved the coffee drinks too. My only concern was the fact that we were told that the back tires were close to being dangerous. We took our car to Costco for rotation and they said we had a good 10,000 miles left on those tires. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and battery check. Also included some other standard checks. All this lasted an hour which is what I was told it would be. Danielle was very congenial and helpful. I also had a coupon that was emailed to me from Toyota of Kent which saved me some money. As usual the service was very good. They also gave me a free car wash. I also had help from a salesman, too. I needed my new phone synchronized with my car so I could answer without having to dig in my purse. Very nice. More
