Everything was made very easy and straightforward for us, especially since we were buying from out of state! Communication was prompt, clear, consistent, and excellent from start to finish! Guidance from our salesman Gary Shultz and the finance manager Tyler Bonina, was given to us with excellent customer service the entire time! Gary Shultz and Tyler Bonina were extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. Truly the most pleasant car buying experience purchasing a new car during challenging supply and demand times and from another state. All was taken care of for us very diligently and correctly- making the purchase go quickly and wonderful! We are super happy! I previously owned a fully loaded 802A with extra technology package second generation Ford Raptor that we purchased with about 20k miles on it. After several issues and multiple trips to service at the dealer, I had enough with the unreliability. We sold it. It was time to get something new that would not give me issues and leave me stranded. I have a son, own a business, have a dog and a very active lifestyle. Not having a reliable vehicle is not an option.
