In my limited experience, it appears the acquisition has not affected service. Still friendly staff and good service. I had a broken sunglass holder in my 2020 highlander and they did not give me any troub not affected service. Still friendly staff and good service. I have gotten my oil changed at this dealership twice. Both times I have requested a car wash at the initial checkin and was told it is part of the service. Both times I had to request a wash when I was told my car was finished but noticed it wasn’t washed. After waiting for the oil change service and recall items to be addressed, I had been waiting a good 1.5 hours. Everything else about this dealership is great! Very disappointed with the lack of care to wash my car! More
