We ended up being young a Certified Pre-owned GLK350 from Gary Smith. Not once during the initial visit, follow-up calls, or closing did we feel like we’re being sold a car or add-ons. Every aspect of the process was clearly stated, we were able to hold the car for a refundable deposit, which they didn’t even charge us for, and everyone we worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable. Both Gary and William are Mercedes veterans, and they act as if your being welcomed into the family. Whether our next used purchase is a Mercedes or not - we will be going there first. More
