Wonderful Experience I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. Gary Smith made the whole process quick and painless - before I knew it I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. Gary Smith made the whole process quick and painless - before I knew it I was driving away in my new car. He was extremely knowledgable about the car and all of its features. He even made sure before I left that my phone was paired with the car and downloaded the MBrace app for me. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to go visit Gary. More

They mean it. It's the best or nothing. Purchased 5 Mercedes-Benz all serviced Kim Freudlen and sold by Gary Smith. Have never had a problem with Kim. Her integrity and that of her team is why I keep coming back to Mercedes-Benz. They truly mean it when they say it's the best or nothing. It's always been the best service. If you want the best go to the best. In my mind that's Kim. I called to schedule a service appointment one time and I was electronically assigned to another service person. I immediately called and ask to be reassigned to Kim it was done immediately. Kim has been my service person for more than 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with to lead the service on my car but Kim. Kim virtually saved my life during a service visit. She knows I travel a lot and she told me my car was not safe to put on the road. Not sure anybody else would have done that to the degree that she did. She was genuinely worried about my safety. About three weeks later I bought a new car. Kim was the service person for the CPO. Like I said there's no one I would trust to lead the service on my current and previous S-Class vehicles, but Kim. More

Great Car Buying Experience I enjoyed my car buying experience from MB Cary. Not only did they have deep knowledge about the brand, they were also very personable, transparent, I enjoyed my car buying experience from MB Cary. Not only did they have deep knowledge about the brand, they were also very personable, transparent, and trustworthy. They worked hard to find me the car I wanted, and kept in contact with me until it was located. This is my first Mercedes, and will never go back to another manufacturer again. Mercedes is awesome, yes, though the customer service experience I had here, is the biggest reason I will own a Mercedes for life. More
