If you want the best go to the best. In my mind that's Kim. I called to schedule a service appointment one time and I was electronically assigned to another service person. I immediately called and ask to be reassigned to Kim it was done immediately. Kim has been my service person for more than 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with to lead the service on my car but Kim. Kim virtually saved my life during a service visit. She knows I travel a lot and she told me my car was not safe to put on the road. Not sure anybody else would have done that to the degree that she did. She was genuinely worried about my safety. About three weeks later I bought a new car. Kim was the service person for the CPO. Like I said there's no one I would trust to lead the service on my current and previous S-Class vehicles, but Kim.
