Easiest trade I've done in a long time. Working Monday - Friday is tough when trying to buy a new car/truck. I called Two Rivers after looking online at a truck that was everything that I was looking for. The receptionist passed the call through to Gary and after a few minutes, he was able to confirm the truck I was looking at online was available. Most of our transaction was done on the telephone throughout the day, so when I was happy with the results I went in to do a test drive and sign the papers. Easy as can be. I was happy with what they offered me for my trade-in, and happy with the price of the truck I bought. More

Tom had to leave for circumstances out of his control , and to my surprise, he had professionally given my information to Gary Taylor and we picked up right where Tom and myself left off. I had came in with an approval from a lender and walked out with a way lower interest rate and payment. Tom returned to work and called to thank us and sincerely extend an offer to call or stop by with any future questions or concerns.This is my fourth car purchase and by far the best experience yet! Gary Taylor is the one that approached us as we got out of our car. He gave us room to look only until he suggested we test drive one. We did but went home to think about it some more. The next day we ended up buying a NEW EDGE..... which we love! Our salesman explained in great detail all of the prompts on our new Edge. Doug Reed walked us through all the sales options. He was great at explaining every detail. Kenneth Fitzpatrick was very pleasant & did the finance portion in a very timely manner. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly.
