I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about how amazing my experience at Crest Infiniti was! Initially I spoke to Rylie on the phone and she set an appointment with me immediately. A little later s amazing my experience at Crest Infiniti was! Initially I spoke to Rylie on the phone and she set an appointment with me immediately. A little later she communicated with me that she was going to be tied up with another client but had arranged for Gassett to assist in her absence. When I arrived, I was treated so kindly and with attention, education and patience. Gassett and Rylie worked seamlessly together to take care of me and Schuyler took the time to chat with me through all my financing questions! The teamwork was phenomenal, the service exceptional and I was left feeling like a VIP. 10 out of 10 if you had more stars available! Highly recommend! More

I had an issue with a vehicle I purchased at Crest and called to explain the problem and that was as much effort as I had to put into the process. The same day they had me get the vehicle there and they took care of every issue along with a loaner and had it back in my hands in a couple of days. The whole team was efficient, courteous, professional and executed their craft with excellence! They informed me of the problem, honored their word and solved the issue with zero out of my pocket. This dealership does what they say I’d encourage getting your vehicle from Crest! Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you guys you did a stellar job in every dept. More

I first stopped by the dealership a few weeks ago, right before closing, just to browse with my two kids. Within minutes, it turned into chaos—kids wanting to climb into every sports car and truck while I was already overwhelmed and ready to leave. Gassett approached us at that moment, and instead of adding pressure, he did the exact opposite. He calmly introduced himself, gave me his number, and simply said to reach out if I wanted help. No follow-up texts. No pressure. Just available if I decide to come back. When it came time to compare a pre-owned vs. new QX60, Gassett's patience, temperament, and genuinely helpful guidance were what sealed the deal that I'd be buying from Crest.
