Simple oil change resulted in 800.00 bill and 1 week later.. I would not recommend this dealer to purchase or service a volvo. After the oil change 1 day later the Strut bearing (designed by Volvo to reduce ru I would not recommend this dealer to purchase or service a volvo. After the oil change 1 day later the Strut bearing (designed by Volvo to reduce rubber squeak) started squeaking. That was fixed for 695.00. When we got the home the Center Console display didn't work, nor did the backup camera, BLISS, Navigation and just about everything else connected to the network. The tech tried to download new software but couldn't get it to update. Two days later magically he got it to update the software. Another $125. This is my 5th bad experience with this dealership. One was for a new Volvo SC60 they couldn't deliver after 8 days. Plan to trade my last Volvo for another more reliable brand. More

My salesperson, Joshua Shepherd was patient, knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. He was professional and personable. Gavin Jaffarian presented me with a fair trade-in, to his advantage of course, but it is his business to make a profit and I understand that. As long as there is no deception and manipulation, I understand that reality. The price of the new Volvo was very competitive. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Volvo S60. I simply love the car! The car was perfect at delivery (even though it was the dead of winter). This dealership really is a notch above the rest! It wasa nearly stress-free experience all around.
