Worst experience with an automotive service group I have every had. They did not follow any Volvo procedures to diagnose and repair my car. 3rd time bringing my car in for related repair in 12 month perio every had. They did not follow any Volvo procedures to diagnose and repair my car. 3rd time bringing my car in for related repair in 12 month period of time. By the time they replaced the needed parts it was 1000 miles out of warranty and wanted me to pay. Car is a 2019 model. They changed the needed parts but not sure they uncovered what was really wrong with the car. I will never go to that location again. Do yourself a favor and go to Boston or Danvers or Nashua for Volvo Cars, Parts or Service. More
