Gavin, came out with a very laid-back attitude that put me at ease right away. You see I don't like sales people. We were on the test drive and I knew it was a different experience. Nancy is an amazing sales associate. She is very professional in her approach to her job. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed in all she does. She was a great help setting up the infotainment center and the instrument cluster in our new 2024 Palisade Limited. She made it look so much easier to do than the Owner’s Manual.
