Your service department has tried their best to fix my issues. What a joke that turned out to be. It pulled to the right so they put it back on the alignment rack, now it pulls to the left and my steering wheel is off center. Hooked my scanner up to it and there’s old codes in there for my glow plugs. I guess you guys missed that when you hooked up to it multiple times? I was told that front end shake is not a safety concern when braking. And also sold a new 7-way connector for my trailer hook up. I asked for the old one back, there is nothing wrong with the old one. They could have soldered the wires back together when they cut out the aftermarket light. They had to solder the new wires anyways. Why did it need a new plug? Now my low coolant light comes on intermittently and my check engine light keeps coming on for the glow plug issue. If you are willing to buy the truck back so I can get a good reliable truck that’d be great. But I doubt the dealership will help out their customers like that.
