Disorganized, misleading, but generous I would definitely buy another vehicle from lake Chevy but I wouldn't take my vehicle there for service. Prices are misleading for a 4x4 alignment $199. Very disappointed with the service center. I take my vehicle to the dealership fo oil changes for the inspection and they have consistently demonstrated poor performance. They obviously don't I take my vehicle to the dealership fo oil changes for the inspection and they have consistently demonstrated poor performance. They obviously don't look at the prior service as things( tires and ball joints) just magically improved, but the last service there was an obvious broken sway bar link that was overlooked. I know these techs dont get paid what they are worth but I had hoped there would be procedures in place to maintain quality service. I did reach out to the service manager after the first issue without a return call. I was, however, very impressed with the new AI assistant. I guess I will have to look elsewhere for my service. More

My heat to my truck was working perfect until I took it in for a timing chain replacement. Now need thermostat replaced.
