On August 6th and August 13th my 2025 Chevrolet EQUINOX was serviced at Lake Chevrolet. The 1st visit was for a problem with the bass in the radio. The second visit was because of The Onstar and Wireless n was serviced at Lake Chevrolet. The 1st visit was for a problem with the bass in the radio. The second visit was because of The Onstar and Wireless not working and the problem could not be fixed so a new module had to be ordered. Because the vehicle could still be driven I was told that I would be notified when the module arrived. In the meantime I have to drive a vehicle with not wifi or Onstar (features I pay for and features I need for my business) due to issues that are not my fault. The vehicle was bought new in February of 2025 and has 13000 plus miles and every week I'm having a new problem with a vehicle I think is a lemon due the service all wheel drive system light come on this past Saturday and the breaks locked when trying to stop when a vehicle suddenly changed lanes in front of me. I am really considering hiring an Attorney because if my vehicle is having all of these issues while it's under the manufacturer warranty, what problems will have after the manufacturer warranty expires. More

My car was given to me in a worse state than when I brought it in. One mistake they admitted to (losing a bolt on the chassis); another mistake (torn front wheel boots leaking oil) they did not own up brought it in. One mistake they admitted to (losing a bolt on the chassis); another mistake (torn front wheel boots leaking oil) they did not own up to. An independent mechanic we sought out (Riverside Auto) who said the torn boots were caused by the people doing the alignment (Lake Chevrolet). When I explained my findings to Lake Chevrolet, they refused this evidence and continued to say they were not responsible. They charged me $3700 for an alignment claiming that there were frozen parts that needed replacing. The insurance paid for the alignment, I had to pay $3700 for the alleged ceasing issue. Apart from all this Garret’s bedside manner was wanting. More
