My experience was less than I would have expected.

My transmission wasn't working properly, still under warranty, as it's a 2024 vehicle. My main issue was I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle while my car was being 'diagnosed', but then was fixed after the fact. With a warranty and a bulletin pertaining to the issue that my vehicle was having I should have been offered a solution for not having my vehicle. I had to borrow a vehicle for almost 2 weeks. Thankfully I had that option. For an issue that was not in my control, under warranty, and that Chevrolet sent a bulletin out for, I should have been set up with a loaner vehicle as I still had to get to my job and run errands, as most people do.
With that being said, the shuttle to and from was nice, but not enough.
The service department was nice enough, I just feel like I was put in a position, without a vehicle, that wasn't necessary.
Would I return here? Probably only out of convenience of location.
Staff was nice. In my opinion, the dealership just needs to make better accommodations for its customers.
