I brought the car for 2 things Tuesday. They fixed the steering assist is reduced error & sent it home saying they fixed whatever caused the engine light to be on. I assumed after $2200 spent yesterday, this would be fixed. It is doubtful I will use your service department again. More

My car was there last week for a repair. An “O” ring was missed, I had to bring the car back. It was a free fix, but they had me bring the car at 7:30am, at 11:18 AM they still hadn’t looked An “O” ring was missed, I had to bring the car back. It was a free fix, but they had me bring the car at 7:30am, at 11:18 AM they still hadn’t looked at the car . Service was slow, and I had to call them at 2PM to get a status on the car. It was finished and they sent a driver for ride back to dealer at about 3. NORMALLY service is EXCEPTIONAL , but yesterday it was wasn’t. I went all day without transportation. None of things I wanted to do got done. More

Although I have only used the dealership twice since the change of ownership, and both times were only for routine service, the customer care is still on point. Tom Park Auto service advisor Gavyn Norris took good care of my recent issue with the entertainment display going bad. Ordered the part and when time to install they were completed in under the time estimat of my recent issue with the entertainment display going bad. Ordered the part and when time to install they were completed in under the time estimated. The main issue here is not with Gavyn Norris or Tom Clark Auto, but with GM. GM manufactures the part then sells them to a middle man who inturn the Dealers have to purchase from. Adds a great deal of erxtra cost to the part and overall cost of repair. And wouldn't you know if goes out after warranty! More
