I dropped my car off at 745am Friday morning for a wash and recalibration of my tire sensors. Ask for a body shop estimate as well since I need to replace my door. I showed up at 6pm after it being there all day and Gavynn said he forgot to take it down to the body shop. He said “out of sight out of mind” and took it down to the body shop to get the estimate. I was upset since it had been there 11 hours but I agreed since I needed the quote. He came back and said they took a bunch of pictures and will be sending me a quote via email. The estimate has still not been sent and have had no communication from anyone in the dealership. Also, my tire sensors are worse than before I dropped it off. I had 3 of 4 working now none are working. More
