Outstanding. Done on time, perfectly and at a fair cost I had to have some work done on the fringe below the right front bumper as well as the rear bumper on the passenger side. Damage done in old, poorly l I had to have some work done on the fringe below the right front bumper as well as the rear bumper on the passenger side. Damage done in old, poorly laid out public and corporate parking lots. I made an appointment, arrived on time, waited less than the expected interval, found the work done superbly (plus a free car wash!) and the cost was more than fair (and less than I calculated). I'm a Braeger guy for life. More

Poor Customer Service Quality of work was great and my car looks brand new but customer service was terrible. Three separate occasions I was told someone would call me bac Quality of work was great and my car looks brand new but customer service was terrible. Three separate occasions I was told someone would call me back and no one ever did. My vehicle was quoted to be finished in 9 days and it was not ready for pick up for 15. No one thought to call me when the service was delayed. I called on the day it was supposed to be ready, only to be told they needed 24 more hrs and then 24 hrs turned into 5 days. I finally had to go through my insurance company to get an update, since I could never get through when I called the collision center on the phone. When I did get though I was given no information, or was told I would get a phone call which never came. I was never given a reason why service was so delayed. I was finally informed my car was ready for pick up 3 hours before the collision center closed for the day and had to go another day without my car since it was so last minute. When picking up my car again I was never given an apology or a reason why the service was so delayed. I am happy with the repairs but unfortunately due to terrible customer service I will never bring my car back here. I was very happy with Braeger Ford when I purchased my car last October and was planning on coming back here for all scheduled maintenance and repairs. However, this experience has changed my opinion on the dealership and Ford as a brand in general. More
