Stephano was great and professional. Unfortunately for us, the car we had planned to go test drive was getting test driven 10 minutes before we arrived for our appointment. But while we waited to see if the deal was going to happen with the car we came to buy, Stephano kept us informed and helped us find another vehicle. He worked with us and stayed after hours to help finish the purchase (along with others at the dealer) so we wouldn’t have to come back since we live over an hour away. I highly recommend working with Ed Martin in Fishers and working specifically with Stephano. More

Our salesman was busy, and I understand they work on commission. But then finance guy so backed up- we were there super late. Paperwork part was rushed through, and finance guy was not as transparent as commission. But then finance guy so backed up- we were there super late. Paperwork part was rushed through, and finance guy was not as transparent as salesman. And paperwork had to be corrected in part next day. Used to be papers you held and read- now it's all in computer form and - well- lesson learned. Like the car we'll enough I guess, the experience- not so much. More
