Was absolute worst service experience ever! I had to give them one star as 0 stars was not an option. Took 2 months to get sun roof repaired. Employees do not answer phones or return phone calls. Dealer Sr management does not return calls either when major issues are brought to their attention. Service center management is overworked and rude to customers and does not listen and empathize their concerns. They are very quick to offer excuses and take your money. Stay away from this dealer. More

Scheduled appt. And took day off without pay to get repairs done because my family was going out of town. Waited 6 hours for them to tell me they didnt have all the parts. The Service Rep said he would give me an additional 10 % off for issues that day plus Military discount of 10% . Rescheduled for that Saturday but rep wasnt there. It took them 5.5 hrs for repairs and they charged me for 7.6 hrs and gave me 100.00 off and Service Rep there said that was all he was doing because I had already got a good deal. Ended up costing me 421.00 dollars more than I was told. I didnt have time to argue because my daughter was sick and I had to take her to the doctor as soon as I was done. When I checked all repairs at my house later that day they charged me for 3 bolts and they didnt even put them in. They just moved 1 bolt to make the exhaust manifold heat shield quit rattling. I am a Military Veteran of 22 years and have disabilities that prevent me from doing this work myself. That is why I took it there to start with. I tried to call Dealer Manager and Service Manager and neither one would return my call which is very unprofessional and wouldnt even pick up the phone when I was told they were both there. I will never go here again and will tell everyone I knpw to avoid it also. Its sad that is the way things are in this world, but they will sure take your money. More

Continuing problems with Nimnicht service department. Called 10 days ago and left a message for the service manager Gene Maxwell, no return phone call as usual. They repaired my 2021 GMC Canyon rear en Called 10 days ago and left a message for the service manager Gene Maxwell, no return phone call as usual. They repaired my 2021 GMC Canyon rear end which was making noise less than a year ago under warranty @ 9,000miles, a few months after it was fixed it leaked. They fixed the leak. Now I've put approximately 10,000 miles on the vehicle the rear end is making noise again. I give up on them and I'm moving on to another dealer due to lack of responsiveness and incompetent repair services. (See my earlier review if you want more of the story.) More

In a covig minute I ordered my truck many months ago, but due to covig, the plant shut down just before it was built. First Time Flop New Yukon brought in for the first oil change, filter replacement & tire rotation service. After having the car all day was told all was completed, o New Yukon brought in for the first oil change, filter replacement & tire rotation service.
