Service side is okay sales side is crazy bad. Those guys make their sale then forget you even bought a car. Once you drive off the lot they forget about you and just pass you on to the service. I live in Chicago and Findlay had the trim package I wanted on the 2023 mdx, that I couldn’t find in my area.
