Complete excellence Honestly, we had a major challenge. We were invited to come look at a vehicle only to have it sold while we were driving it. Yes, you heard that cor Honestly, we had a major challenge. We were invited to come look at a vehicle only to have it sold while we were driving it. Yes, you heard that correctly. It was not intentional by the sales people, it truly was a mistake. But, still, after looking for so long and having Jamie and George keep an eye out, we thought this would be the one. And it was beautiful, did what we needed, within the price we desired. We knew it was a mistake. But still. A bit hard to choke down. After another couple weeks of looking. Jamie gave us a call and said "I think we have one.". Not only did they come through on a great vehicle and service, they came through in price in an even better way to make up for what happened previously. I did not expect that. I was in sales for 17 years. I had a quote that I lived by that set me apart. "Its not just the sale that's important, its how quickly a problem is fixed." You need to have a great product, competitive pricing, and great service to do well. Toyota of Gladstone, you came through. You fixed the problem. And you completely exceeded what I thought a dealership would ever do. I don't think I will ever be more impressed. I highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone, especially Jamie and George. We are really enjoying our vehicle. Toyota of Gladstone, you have my loyalty and my recommendation. My wife and I thank you. More

Service above and beyond most dealers February 1 my husband and I were shopping for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE in jade. We had contacted another dealer and were trying to get the vehi February 1 my husband and I were shopping for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE in jade. We had contacted another dealer and were trying to get the vehicle. They told us that Toyota would not finance us because we had no credit but they could get us financing through a bank at 19.95%. At that point we walked out because we could afford to pay cash but were advised to finance for tax purposes. Jamie Wheeler-Semrad had been texting my husband off and on through out the process. She called put her manager on the phone with us. George told us that he COULD get financing through Toyota for us at an 8.95% rate or lower, to please come see them at Gladstone Toyota. We stopped, gave them 15 minutes to show us they could help us. We ended up going home with a 6.99% rate and a new Highlander will be delivered to us. We were extremely pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone. More
