Complete excellence Honestly, we had a major challenge. We were invited to come look at a vehicle only to have it sold while we were driving it. It was not intentional by the sales people, it truly was a mistake. But, still, after looking for so long and having Jamie and George keep an eye out, we thought this would be the one. And it was beautiful, did what we needed, within the price we desired. We knew it was a mistake. But still. A bit hard to choke down. After another couple weeks of looking. Jamie gave us a call and said "I think we have one.". Not only did they come through on a great vehicle and service, they came through in price in an even better way to make up for what happened previously. I did not expect that. I was in sales for 17 years. I had a quote that I lived by that set me apart. "Its not just the sale that's important, its how quickly a problem is fixed." You need to have a great product, competitive pricing, and great service to do well. Toyota of Gladstone, you came through. You fixed the problem. And you completely exceeded what I thought a dealership would ever do. I don't think I will ever be more impressed. I highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone, especially Jamie and George.
