Fantastic experience with Kristin and all her team! Kristin was amazing. After another dealership told me I was searching for a "a unicorn", Kristin got busy and found me the make and model with exter Kristin was amazing. Then she sent a driver with a flatbed truck to pick it up so it would be in perfect condition just for me. The car arrived on schedule. It was detailed and filled with gas in time for my appointment and it is BEAUTIFUL. Once we found the car, the rest of it was easy. Kristen took time to explain everything so my husband and I were both very comfortable with the choices we made. The rest of the team were very friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from Kristin at Toyota of Gladstone. She will go the extra mile and treat you right! More

Jake Spinner and the rest of the staff at Toyota of Gladstone gave us a lot of attention as we worked through a big decision to buy our dream cars. Jake was especially fun to spend the afternoon with, answered our questions and the entire rest of the staff felt like real people and not overly sales-y. We spent the better half of a day into the night to finalize our purchase and everyone made us feel happy and excited. When I drove my car off the showroom floor, Jeremy say the smile on my face and he said, “That right there is why I love this job.” It was nice to feel their excitement for us and they never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them! This was a major purchase for us and Jake made sure we were well taken care of during the long process. Jeremy Ovalle in finance was so awesome too! We came back the next day with our dogs and George helped us learn how to work the Crawl Control and the rest of the staff came out to congratulate us and pet our dogs. Best Service at a Car Dealership I was contacted by Toyota salespeople from all over the area when I inquired about getting a white 4runner. Immediately, Wade stood out. He was genuin I was contacted by Toyota salespeople from all over the area when I inquired about getting a white 4runner. Immediately, Wade stood out. He was genuine, helpful, and was the most interested in what was important to me. Wade kept in contact with me and traded a car I thought I wanted and secured it for me. It did not work out for me, but my husband was sold. We left the store so I could decide what I wanted to get-a Highlander or something else. My husband, meanwhile really connected with Wade and started texting him on a TRD Off Road 4runner. He was determined to come back Sunday night to see what Wade could do to help him trade in his truck in for the new 4runner. We couldn’t get a sitter until late and Wade and his team stayed extra late for us-2 hours after closing time just for us. Wade assured us he would go to bat for us. We settled on a lease and left the store at almost 1am. None of the sales or finance team gave any indication that they were tired or inconvenienced that we kept them away from their families and dinners until almost 1am! In less than 6 hours over a few hours of sleep, we ultimately changed our mind on the lease after submitting all of the paperwork. Wade was on it and at 7am after very little sleep because of us, assured me he would help us get the car and terms we needed. We came back the next day and instead of us apologizing for keeping these guys late and then changing our minds on the lease, Wade was apologizing to us! Car salesmen and dealerships usually have a stigma to them but I have to say these guys went way above and beyond. I have been ranting and raving to my girlfriends on our experience and cannot say enough great things. Thank you Wade for following through with your promise to take care of us. My husband is very happy and was definitely strategic in making me think I wanted the 4Runner when in reality we walked in for a car for him! I just might be coming back for the highlander Wade took time to test drive with me. More
