To much time sitting I felt George Berry was wonderful. I don’t think he had the resources conveniently available to him to do his job. He was running all around the premises to get different things. We started the purchase of our car at 1:30 and didn’t finish our deal until 5:30. We also had to go to another building to speak with someone else about warranties, whom we had to wait 25 minutes for, once done there we had to wait 20 minutes again for something else. It was just hours of sitting around and waiting. We almost left without buying anything. More

Pleasant but just took a long time. I really enjoyed working with George. I was able to go around and look at cars and not be hassled into buying this or that. Spent almost 6 hours there and almost 5 of that was after I figured out what I wanted to buy. A lot of walking back and forth on the dealership property which is quite large so that also took time. George was very patient but I just didn’t understand why things didn’t go quicker. More
