We went in looking for information and pricing only and was prepared to have to listen to sales pitches but after being introducted to George L Brown III. (Salesperson) my normal instinct to be on the defensive was completely shattered! His demeanor immediately put my husband and I at ease and the rest is history! He listened to our inquiries, asked some questions and our comfort zone was established allowing us to purchase the vehicle we wanted. He treats you with care, compassion and with a sense of humor thrown in. We went away feeling like we had control over what we wanted because it was not pushed on us by a salesperson but was a business transaction that was mutually satisfactory for both parties. We would highly recommend George and this dealership when you look for your next car. And I know Martha Highsmith feels the same as we do…………….you are the best! Sales people in general have a bad reputation(I know since I am one myself) but car sales people enjoy an extra dose of scorn. However, you play the role of adviser and consultant instead of pushy sales guy. We have always felt that we got a fair price on the cars and have always been treated with courtesy, respect and kindness by you and the entire Leith MB team. If someone is looking for a luxury car I always tell them to go see my friend George Brown because I know you will take care of them……………..and yes my family certainly considers you to be our friend…………our good friend!
